He also prioritizes protecting the interests of county taxpayers and ensuring that the county upholds its fiduciary responsibilities. Randy serves on the Budget, Finance, and Personnel and Public Works and Capital Projects committees.
Randy is also a member of the Hudson Valley Regional Council which offers perspective, planning, education, outreach, and advocacy for communities in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and and Westchester counties.
