The county legislators and executives we elect have at least as much influence on our day-to-day lives as national candidates. This is not an election to skip. Click here for information on the candidates, but first here and some key dates and how to register.
October 23: last day to request an absentee ballot by letter, fax, or online.
October 28: last day to submit a registration form or change your registration and still be eligible to vote on November 7.
November 6: last day to apply IN-PERSON for an absentee ballot.
By November 7: absentee ballots must be postmarked or delivered IN-PERSON to the local board of elections or to any poll site in your county. Mailed ballots must be received by the local board of elections by November 14. Military ballots by November 20.
